Join me for a 1 hour private movement class! You get to help me create a personalized movement practice with plenty of room to ask questions, adapt the movements, and adjust the pace for your needs, goals, and desires during our time together.
Join me for a 1.5 hour session where we get to know your postural, breath, and movement patterns. Through the use of specific RYC® assessments and tools, we will explore new ways of being in your body that can help to ease symptoms and increase ease and function with time and intentional practice. YOUR goals are our guide. You will also receive a video recording of our session and a follow-up document that includes insights, tips, and practices to take with you into your daily life.
